What you will do

• Support product engineers during pre-launch and process validation phases.
• Review customer specifications and validation test procedures.
• Organize read-across meetings and prepare lessons-learned documentation.
• Create and maintain validation trackers for ongoing projects.
• Review engineering drawings and perform stack-up analysis.
• Coordinate shipments of pre-series and PV sample parts.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
• Class standing: Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to work full-time in Farmington Hills, MI.

Nice to have

• Experience with CATIA, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or ANSYS.
• Previous internship experience within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of C/C++, HyperWorks, Abaqus, or Patran.
