What you will do

• Analyze production data to drive OEE and quality metrics through targeted process improvements.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to resolve complex manufacturing issues and enhance system reliability.
• Manage documentation supporting production changes in adherence to design control processes.
• Develop innovative tool design improvements and support the characterization of new processes.
• Partner with Quality Engineering to lead qualification activities for new or modified equipment.
• Train production personnel on new documentation, techniques, and equipment procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related STEM field.
• Must have 2–4 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for mechanical design and fixturing.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies including DOE, Process Capability, and Gage R&R.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating precise engineering documentation.
• Ability to work independently while managing project timelines and milestones.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with automation, plastic injection molding, or precision part assembly.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and quality standards.
• Proactive mindset focused on long-term production line strategy.
