What you will do

  • Provide comprehensive support for hardware and software issues to ensure system integrity.
  • Develop and enhance technical and user documentation.
  • Facilitate end-user training and provide network support.
  • Uphold information assurance standards and manage administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to strict onsite security protocols and health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in hardware, software, or information assurance.
  • Active Secret clearance (must be eligible for TS/SCI).
  • Required Certification: Security+ or IAT-I Certification.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC 5 days a week.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and network support.

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technical environments in a collaborative team.
