What you will do

  • Install, upgrade, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on PC components, printers, and scanners.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using specialized tools.
  • Track and document service incidents to ensure adherence to service level standards.
  • Manage client communications, including scheduling and status updates.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk and System Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide input for the enhancement of technical support and systems administration processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Oconomowoc, WI (On-site).
  • 2+ years of experience supporting PC hardware, software, laptops, and printers.
  • 2+ years of application troubleshooting experience with Microsoft products and tools.
  • Comp TIA A+ certification is required.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Information Systems or Engineering.
  • MCP certification.
  • Server+ certification.
  • MCSA certification.
