What you will do

• Coordinate and track next-level services for patients with incidental findings and lung cancer screenings.
• Manage the daily tracking board to document interventions, outcomes, and patient progress.
• Schedule patients for specialty providers and provide necessary preparation information and education.
• Review radiology reports to support care pathways and formalized transition processes.
• Collaborate with Nurse Navigators, referring physicians, and other care providers.
• Participate in care conferences, tumor boards, and program performance improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least one year of post-high school medical education (Associate degree preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical oncology healthcare or hospital-based experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology.
• Proficiency in computer databases and software, specifically Excel and Word.
• Ability to function autonomously with high-level judgment and decision-making skills.
• Must be based in the United States (linked to Livonia, Michigan location).
