What you will do

• Conduct professional member outreach to gather and verify patient information.
• Perform prescriber office outreach to resolve non-clinical case needs and obtain documentation.
• Execute benefits investigations, including eligibility verification and cost-share determination.
• Prepare non-clinical components of medication cases for pharmacist review.
• Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in record systems.
• Serve as a liaison between members, providers, and internal pharmacy teams.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician in Pennsylvania
• 2 years of experience as a patient-facing Pharmacy Technician in a hospital, retail, or managed care setting
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
• Strong knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• High School Diploma or GED required
