Location: Remote (Must be based in the US) - Required shift: Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm ET

Salary: $33.33 - $42.31 per hour

What you will do

• Provide clinical support, psychoeducation, and referrals via an outbound phone team.
• Perform risk assessments, crisis support, and safety planning for high-risk members.
• Develop action plans and coordinate care with therapists, coaches, and physicians.
• Complete professional clinical documentation and communicate with members via email.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (Care Support, Billing, Product) to optimize member experience.
• Mentor and assist in the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• Licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
• Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning.
• Proficiency in CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused interventions.
• Availability for Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm ET shift.
• Comfortable using various AI and computer platforms.
