Clinical Care Navigator, Outbound (Saturday-Wednesday 7am-3pm ET)

Location: Remote; Saturday-Wednesday, 7am-3pm ET or equivalent in the respective time zone. Flexibility is required for occasional shift adjustments and availability to work 3 holidays per year.

Salary: $33.85-$38.93 per hour, plus stock options and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide real-time clinical support, psychoeducation, referrals, and resources through an outbound phone team, including some inbound crisis line support.
• Engage members using active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches.
• Assess risk, provide crisis support and safety planning, and follow up with high-risk members.
• Recommend care plans and coordinate connections with therapists, coaches, physicians, and external resources.
• Document clinical interactions and communicate with members and providers by email.
• Coordinate with care providers, Provider Operations, Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product teams; participate in consultations, training, onboarding, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Independent clinical licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LICSW, or licensed psychologist.
• At least 2 years of direct clinical care experience.
• Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning.
• Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to multitask and context-switch.
• Comfort with multiple computer platforms and learning new systems, along with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
