Salary: $285,000 – $305,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the vision and evolution of digital care management offerings in Diagnostic Imaging as the primary clinical subject matter expert.
• Develop new clinical delivery services using market data, consumer research, and patient analytics.
• Create comprehensive research packages and cultivate external partnerships to strengthen clinical offerings.
• Partner with Growth and Client Experience teams to identify client pain points and deliver strategic solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in diagnostic imaging for client-facing discussions and strategic planning.
• Monitor performance of launched programs and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completed US-based Radiology training program and Board Certification from the American Board of Radiology.
• Active US state licensure.
• 5+ years of clinical practice beyond clinical fellowship.
• 5+ years of experience in managed care, clinical strategy, or payer-facing roles.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior partners and clients.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
• Experience as a lead consulting partner designing innovative clinical programs for payers.
