Salary: $41.54/hour (approx. $7,200/month)

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member health throughout the oncology care continuum.
• Provide triage, support, and education to members via phone, email, and video communication.
• Facilitate end-of-life care discussions and manage clinical escalations.
• Collaborate with Nurse leaders and Medical Directors to ensure alignment with clinical protocols.
• Coordinate care, symptom management, and provider referrals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in case conferences to monitor progress and develop targeted support plans.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing.
• Must be located within the lower 48 United States.
• Fixed schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, four weekdays and Saturdays.
• Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN); BSN preferred.
• Oncology-related certification (OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM) required or must be obtained within 2 years.

Nice to have

• Compact + single state licensure in New York and/or Illinois.
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal.
