What you will do

• Conceptualize system designs and define technical requirements for complex ESS engagements.
• Develop detailed project estimates, proposals, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Create comprehensive 30%, 60%, 90%, and IFC drawings using AutoCAD and BIM.
• Research and recommend cutting-edge technology options to clients.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and project teams to ensure successful system installation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical systems designing.
• Ability to obtain a US government Top Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Office 365.
• Strong understanding of project phases from conceptualization to commissioning.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

• Certifications or training in Milestone, Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, or S2.
