What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to establish architecture and develop solutions meeting customer needs.
• Perform system-level analyses and trade studies to define and allocate functional requirements to subsystems.
• Conduct analysis, design, and security assessments to ensure compliance with JSIG/RMF Continuous Monitoring processes.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring all company processes are followed.
• Implement system enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and security, including installation and upgrading.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience or 5-10 years in aircraft simulation.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (granted or renewed in the last 5 years).
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to government contract requirements.
• Proficiency in CAD software, with a preference for AutoCAD.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.

Nice to have

• Experience working in air-gapped, classified, or highly secure environments.
• Familiarity with ANSI, ASME standards, and Mil Standard parts.
• Hands-on support of manufacturing or military/aviation maintenance experience.
• Lab equipment and hand tools proficiency.
