What you will do

• Build advanced 3D models in Revit and Navisworks from field layouts.
• Lead BIM coordination including clash detection, resolution, and model sign-off.
• Manage BIM budgets and project timelines with VDC Director.
• Collaborate with Engineering on design/build projects and maintain Revit templates.
• Mentor Virtual Designers and Detailers on technical guidance.
• Produce accurate Bills of Materials for procurement and labor tracking.

Requirements

• 8+ years CAD experience in Electrical Commercial Construction.
• Expert in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Practical field experience or Associate’s degree in Electrical Theory.
• Deep knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC).
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates in CAD preferred.
• Exceptional communication of technical data to stakeholders.
