What you will do

• Lead the architectural design process for complex industrial projects, including analyzing technical problems and presenting solutions.
• Manage model coordination using Revit and Navisworks, including clash detection and multidisciplinary reviews.
• Own project scope and schedule, providing accurate delivery estimates and identifying scope creep.
• Provide daily direction and mentorship to junior staff regarding modeling standards and industry best practices.
• Ensure all design work complies with rigorous industry codes, safety standards, and quality-control protocols.
• Act as a primary project liaison to ensure team alignment and consistent design delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies, Computer Drafting/Design, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional experience in industrial or high-tech manufacturing facility design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Proven history of successful project delivery and 3D modeling coordination.
• Ability to manage the business side of design, including resource management and task breakdown.
