Location: Hybrid in Tempe, AZ (on-site requirement of two days per week)

Salary: $62,470 – $75,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform monthly variance analysis to compare actual results against budget and forecast.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Partner with department leaders to monitor financial performance and manage expenses.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial models.
• Review contractor requests and spend to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Leverage financial systems and AI tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• At least 1 year of financial analysis experience in a high-growth environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data storytelling.
• Experience using NetSuite, Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, or PowerBI.
• Must be based in the US and able to work hybrid in Tempe, AZ.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for approximately 5% travel.
