TL;DR

Salary: $97,200 – $142,500 USD (based on geographic zone)

What you will do

  • Own CRO OpEx financial management, including budget ownership, variance analysis, and spend forecasting.
  • Build and maintain dynamic revenue models connecting GTM investments to ARR and pipeline performance.
  • Lead Payback, LTV, and CAC analysis to provide actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly planning cycles in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Prepare executive-level financial packages for business reviews and board presentations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to build scalable reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of FP&A or finance business partner experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Proven experience supporting GTM, Sales, or Marketing organizations with budget and headcount planning.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based models and what-if analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and enterprise planning tools like Anaplan or Adaptive Insights.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial data to CRO and VP-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with revenue forecasting in high-velocity SMB sales motions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data as a modeling input.
  • Prior involvement in cross-functional annual planning cycles.
