TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) to drive lead conversion, reactivation, and long-term retention.
  • Build and optimize automated trigger-based flows using customer behavior data to improve engagement and CVR.
  • Own the A/B testing process across all channels, from hypothesis development to scaling successful experiments.
  • Write high-impact, converting copy tailored to specific audience segments and funnel stages.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Looker, Metabase, and Mixpanel to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to translate customer data into precise segmentation strategies and improve ROI.

Requirements

  • Experience building in Lifecycle platforms such as Customer.io or similar.
  • Proven ability to take full end-to-end ownership of campaigns from brief to build and analysis.
  • Strong copywriting skills for crafting converting messaging across different formats.
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to turn experiment results into actionable steps.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in DTC, healthtech, or consumer startups.
  • Familiarity with HTML email builds.
