Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT, Engineering, G&A, Insurance, and other specialized roles.
  • Consult with hiring leaders to define business objectives, assess needs, and develop hiring strategies.
  • Source and interview candidates using traditional and creative methodologies to build diverse pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the People Strategy team to refine job descriptions and required skills.
  • Track and manage candidates using Greenhouse ATS and use funnel metrics to drive change management.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience across Tech, G&A, and GTM functions.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Insurance or high-volume recruiting for Customer Support, Claims, or Sales.
  • Operational experience.
