What you will do

• Manage and grow strategic accounts across France and Western Europe, serving as a trusted advisor to key customers.
• Align Bentley's digital transformation solutions with customer business objectives, priorities, and digital strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Account Plans to secure internal buy-in and guide long-term growth.
• Execute sales strategies and the Bentley Sales Process to maximize revenue and consistently overachieve goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product advancement, and operational teams to ensure strategic account support.
• Network at key industry conferences and seminars to nurture strategic contacts and maintain industry leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sales with vendors comparable to Bentley.
• Proven track record in the infrastructure market, specifically in construction, energy, and water industry sectors.
• Native French and professional proficiency in English.
• Demonstrable extensive network of senior infrastructure industry leaders.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA is considered a plus.
• Active membership in French Industry organizations (e.g., Civil or O/G Engineers institutions).
