Enterprise Account Executive (Energy & Utilities)

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with top enterprises in the Energy and Utilities sectors with an accent on consultative sales and GTM strategy. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, navigating stakeholder ecosystems, and co-innovating with lighthouse customers to embed AI capabilities.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.

Salary: £280,000 - £330,000 GBP (OTE)

What you will do

• Contribute to the Industries team GTM strategy and identify new AI use cases within assigned verticals.
• Drive strategic expansion within key accounts and acquire new logos in emerging verticals like Energy, Utilities, and Manufacturing.
• Own the entire revenue target and sales cycle, from prospecting Tier 1 accounts to closing.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, crafting tailored AI solutions and providing a feedback loop for product iteration.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams to bring new AI solutions to market.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience driving adoption of emerging technologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
• Extensive experience negotiating highly complex, customized commercial agreements.
• Ability to build consensus and navigate dynamic stakeholder ecosystems across all levels, including C-suite.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (hybrid).
