Salary: £32,000 - £37,500 (Basic), OTE £65,000 uncapped

- Lead and support the Lead Generation team to drive overall department success.
- Conduct daily coaching sessions and midday briefings to keep the team aligned.
- Perform individual 1-2-1s to support professional growth and recognize wins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across different business functions.
- Inspire the team to reach targets while maintaining a positive and energetic vibe.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Bolton, Lancashire.
- Proven confidence and experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Natural leadership ability with a track record of motivating and inspiring others.
- Strong communication skills to guide team members under pressure.
