Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany) with a requirement to be in the office once per week

What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new strategic Enterprise accounts in Germany with over 501 employees.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives, Reward Directors, and Wellbeing leaders.
  • Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Development team.
  • Develop strategic account plans aimed at improving talent attraction and reducing corporate medical costs.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven success in Enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of new logo acquisition.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles (6+ months) with ticket sizes between £100K and £500K+.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret commercial data and recommend investment options.
  • Proficiency with generative AI tools to enhance daily tasks and productivity.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany
