TL;DR

Head of Partnerships (EMEA): Developing and scaling the partnerships program across the EMEA region with an accent on ambassador network activation and supplier partnership growth. Focus on expanding the referral ecosystem in DACH and EU and driving ARR through strategic alliance management.

Location: Must be based in Germany (Munich/Berlin for hybrid) or elsewhere in the EU/DACH region

Salary: €85K – €100K OTE + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Manage and activate an established community of 50+ EMEA ambassadors to increase referral frequency and ARR impact.
  • Recruit and onboard new ambassadors across DACH and wider EU markets.
  • Oversee PCB supplier, distributor, and API integration relationships to ensure growth.
  • Build a pipeline of new partners by identifying market gaps using internal data.
  • Represent the company at key regional electronics industry events.
  • Drive revenue by expanding partner accounts and iterating on pricing models.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the EU/DACH region.
  • Proven experience in a full-cycle commercial role, from sourcing to closing and long-term relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of or ability to quickly master the electronics supply chain industry.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and sequencing tools.
