What you will do

• Create and update the Commercial Owner’s Manual covering installation, startup, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the lead technical escalation point for both Consumer and Commercial field support.
• Manage technical feedback from field trials and incorporate learnings into product improvements.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with nationwide third-party maintenance providers.
• Develop performance metrics and drive continuous improvement for external service partners.
• Prioritize hardware and software improvements based on field support data and customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations or Field Support for large hardware products.
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships with service providers.
• Strong program management background with hardware products.
• Must be based in San Bruno, California.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
