What you will do

• Design and implement custom LabVIEW-based applications for manufacturing tooling and shop floor support.
• Analyze factory metrics such as yield, cycle time, and capacity to drive process improvements.
• Execute system-level test plans and qualify software release candidates in simulated environments.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate special builds and pilot production units.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze quality data and maintain production databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering (Computer Science, Physics, or Electrical Engineering).
• 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW and C++ programming is mandatory.
• Ability to work onsite in a cleanroom environment, including full gowning and safety protocols.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, or Minitab.
