Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Actively source and engage top-tier candidates through proactive outreach.
• Design and implement fair, efficient, and high-quality interview processes.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define talent needs and strategy.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Negotiate and close offers with top performers to drive company growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally within GTM functions.
• Proven ability to build and shape recruiting processes from the ground up.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and closing high-quality candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in the Manhattan office 4–5 days per week.
