What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring for G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing) in North America.
• Partner with senior leaders to define role scopes, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for corporate teams to stay ahead of demand.
• Contribute to the design of talent operations, including processes, tooling, and broader People initiatives.
• Execute structured, data-informed hiring processes to maintain a high bar for quality and velocity.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience as a trusted ambassador for the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within high-growth startups or VC-backed companies.
• Proven track record of hiring high-performing G&A talent across various seniority levels.
• Strong business acumen and ability to advise senior stakeholders on team structure and strategy.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches simultaneously without compromising quality or pace.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action.
• Must be based in New York City.
