TL;DR

Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Building and scaling recruiting operations to source and hire top-tier candidates across a variety of roles with an accent on repeatable process design, ATS-driven pipeline management, and fast, high-quality candidate experiences. Focus on running outreach campaigns, partnering with hiring managers on ideal candidate profiles, and iterating the interview and recruiting process based on candidate learnings.

Location: US Remote (Hybrid)

Salary: $100K–$150K

What you will do

  • Lead recruiting across diverse roles in a high-growth startup by running scalable operational processes (scheduling, metrics, pipeline management).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and source hard-to-fill positions.
  • Iterate on a robust recruiting process across interviews, using learnings from candidates to improve quality and speed.
  • Maintain high candidate standards while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience in a high-growth company across a diverse breadth of roles (not limited to engineering or GTM).
  • Experience running repeatable recruiting systems and processes, including ATS usage and AI tools for sourcing or responses.
  • Proven ability to source and run outreach campaigns with measurable results across different experience levels and backgrounds, including non-conventional methods.
  • Hands-on recruiting operations experience: scheduling, pipeline tracking, and offer generation (bonus for experience with a lightweight ATS).
  • Ability to develop hiring criteria grounded in recruiting values while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in robotics, deeptech, or supply chain automation.
  • Track record of creative problem-solving for challenging-to-fill roles.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or joining a tech company early in its growth phase.
