Salary: $120,000 - $205,000 annually

What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to attract and close top technical talent for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and outreach to closing.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to identify and engage both cyber and non-cyber technical talent.
- Continuously evaluate and rebuild recruiting processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Help shape the overall recruiting strategy and candidate experience as the company scales.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
- Solid technical acumen to effectively assess candidate qualifications for technical roles.
- Experience owning the entire recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing.
- Must be based in the US.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in an evolving environment.
Nice to have
- Degree or coursework in Business, HR, Psychology, IT, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, research, operations, or customer service.
