What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to attract and close top technical talent for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and outreach to closing.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to identify and engage both cyber and non-cyber technical talent.
• Continuously evaluate and rebuild recruiting processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Help shape the overall recruiting strategy and candidate experience as the company scales.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Solid technical acumen to effectively assess candidate qualifications for technical roles.
• Experience owning the entire recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing.
• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in an evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Degree or coursework in Business, HR, Psychology, IT, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, research, operations, or customer service.
