Salary: $120,000–$180,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle GTM recruiting for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines via LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with founders and GTM leaders to define success criteria and interview loops.
- Own the operational backbone including ATS (Ashby) management and recruiting metrics.
- Act as a brand ambassador to attract and engage top-tier enterprise AI talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle GTM/revenue recruiting experience in startups or high-growth tech.
- Must be based in New York with a strong local GTM network.
- Proven ability to close competitive candidates independently.
- English: Native-level proficiency.
- Experience with AI tools (AI-native) and ATS systems (Ashby preferred).
