Salary: $160,000–$220,000 + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
• Analyze actuals against forecasts to translate performance data into actionable business insights.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) through clear dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to support strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements to make the FP&A function more scalable and efficient using AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Must be based in the U.S. in one of the specified states.
• Strong grasp of GAAP and the three financial statements.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve forecasting, automation, or reporting.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and ability to communicate complex data to non-finance audiences.
• Not eligible for company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, supply chain, or the grocery/retail space.
• Comfort with SQL or BI tools.
