Location: Must be based in the U.S. (specifically AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MT, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, WA, UT, VA, WI).
Salary: $160,000–$220,000 + equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
- Analyze actuals against forecasts to translate performance data into actionable business insights.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) through clear dashboards and reporting.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to support strategic initiatives.
- Drive process improvements to make the FP&A function more scalable and efficient using AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth tech environments.
- Must be based in the U.S. in one of the specified states.
- Strong grasp of GAAP and the three financial statements.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve forecasting, automation, or reporting.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills and ability to communicate complex data to non-finance audiences.
- Not eligible for company sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, supply chain, or the grocery/retail space.
- Comfort with SQL or BI tools.
