What you will do

• Monitor and operate plant equipment including fans, pumps, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Perform regular equipment inspections and maintain detailed data logs.
• Respond to system abnormalities and take independent action to protect equipment and personnel safety.
• Operate the refuse crane to mix waste and maintain boiler hopper levels.
• Support emergency operations as directed by the Shift Supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA
• Prior experience operating heavy industrial machinery or strong mechanical aptitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret operational and safety materials.
• Physically capable of working in an industrial environment (mobility, vision, hearing).
