What you will do

  • Manage and research a named-account list of 100–200 of Europe’s largest enterprises to ensure high-quality pipeline generation.
  • Conduct senior outbound conversations and discovery calls with VP-level executives and above.
  • Execute signal-driven outreach based on regulatory shifts, earnings calls, and leadership moves.
  • Develop and hand off BANT-qualified pipeline to Account Executives via HubSpot.
  • Build and optimize personalized AI agents and workflows using Claude, n8n, Clay, and Apollo.
  • Pilot and scale AI SDR initiatives to optimize inbound and outbound lead generation.

Requirements

  • Degree from a top university or 2–4 years of professional working experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Munich, Germany.
  • English proficiency required; native or near-native fluency in the territory language.
  • Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Fluency in AI tools (Claude, ZoomInfo, Apollo, n8n) and experience with building lightweight agents.
  • High resilience and intrinsic motivation for an outbound-heavy, performance-driven culture.
