What you will do

  • Provide a professional and welcoming experience for employees, clients, and visitors at the front of house.
  • Manage office logistics including stationery, refreshments, post, and delivery services.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and visitor access in cooperation with building security.
  • Handle office maintenance and repairs by acting as the primary contact for suppliers.
  • Support the Office Manager in daily operations and assist with office events and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the employer brand by creating engaging content for social media channels.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with an impeccable telephone manner and written proficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and a warm, friendly disposition.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite at the London office.
