What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and issue floor plans for global sites using AutoCAD.
• Create test fit options for workplace projects and general business-as-usual small works.
• Analyze occupancy reports and track space utilization to ensure optimal site efficiency.
• Implement processes to drive efficiency, including CAFM systems and Power BI occupancy reporting.
• Coordinate employee moves, changes, and onsite contractors in collaboration with facilities operations.
• Manage supplier relationships, obtain quotations, and ensure best value from vendors.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2020.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Proven experience in a migration or space planning management role.
• Basic understanding of IT and AV infrastructure.
• Ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work occasional weekends.
