What you will do

• Develop and maintain floor plans for international sites using AutoCAD.
• Analyze occupancy reports and track workplace utilization to ensure efficient space usage.
• Support the planning of office moves and changes in collaboration with the Workplace Planning Lead.
• Coordinate onsite contractors for the delivery of workplace projects.
• Manage vendor relationships, obtain quotations, and drive cost-efficiency.
• Provide administrative support for planning meetings, including project workbooks and minutes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2020.
• Strong skills in Excel and Office 365.
• Proven experience in a migration or space planning management role.
• Basic understanding of IT and AV infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work occasional weekends as required.
