What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for 4–6 lifestyle accounts, owning the performance narrative and business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including paid, SEO, content, email, and creative to ensure a unified account strategy.
  • Utilize proprietary AI and data tools to analyze performance and surface growth opportunities before clients identify issues.
  • Lead weekly client calls and support quarterly strategy, renewal preparation, and service expansion efforts.
  • Track full-funnel performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages to ensure long-term business impact.
  • Contribute to client retention and revenue growth through proactive relationship management and strategic guidance.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing with day-to-day client management.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel strategy and the ability to explain multi-touch attribution limitations to non-technical clients.
  • Experience working with brands where creative quality and storytelling are key differentiators.
  • Proven ability to manage clients through long measurement cycles while maintaining trust and confidence.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into legible performance stories.
