TL;DR

Marketing Manager (B2B): Leading and scaling the end-to-end marketing function for a managed IT services company with an accent on lead generation, content strategy, and performance analytics. Focus on driving measurable business outcomes, managing marketing budgets, and leveraging AI to optimize campaign execution and sales enablement.

Location: Must be based in the Philippines or South Africa. Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

Compensation: $3,500–$5,000 USD/month

A growing B2B managed IT and wireless services provider focused on scaling its marketing engine and brand presence.

What you will do

  • Own the entire marketing roadmap and execute initiatives to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Manage LinkedIn presence, monthly newsletters, and blog content strategies.
  • Plan and execute webinars every 6–8 weeks, including promotion and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage Salesforce Pardot campaigns and develop email nurture sequences.
  • Hire and oversee external contractors including designers, developers, and copywriters.
  • Analyze performance data and present monthly KPI reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience with a track record of leading functions with limited resources.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot (MCAE), Webflow, and Zoom Webinars.
  • Experience hiring and managing contractors directly.
  • Active use of AI tools in marketing workflows with the ability to explain their integration.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing analytics.

Nice to have

  • Experience in managed IT services, MSP, or telecom industries.
  • Experience leading company rebrands or website redesign projects.
  • Knowledge of channel partner marketing and reseller networks.
  • Extensive experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
