What you will do
- Partner with B2B clients to execute CRM strategies that support business goals and long-term growth.
- Configure and tailor HubSpot CRM for complex requirements, ensuring scalable setups and integrations.
- Manage and maintain CRM databases with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
- Analyze customer interaction data to provide strategic recommendations and optimizations.
- Design and manage advanced workflow automations within HubSpot to enhance engagement and efficiency.
- Conduct HubSpot CRM training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of professional CRM experience with a strong B2B focus.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, including customization and integration capabilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute scalable CRM strategies for diverse client needs.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously from planning to monitoring.
- English: C1 level (excellent verbal and written communication); German is a plus.
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting CRM systems and devising effective strategic solutions.
