What you will do

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns, including webinars, virtual events, and guides, tied to measurable pipeline targets.
  • Build and manage the HubSpot infrastructure: landing pages, forms, workflows, segmentation, and automation.
  • Operationalize thought leadership initiatives, coordinating assets and promotion across channels.
  • Map and optimize customer journeys from awareness to opportunity, removing friction in the conversion path.
  • Collaborate with sales to sharpen lead quality, feedback loops, and handoff processes.
  • Report on engagement, influenced pipeline, and revenue, presenting insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in campaign management, demand generation, or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required.
  • Proven track record of running multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into conversion and pipeline gains.
  • Fluency in using AI tools daily for campaign design, copy, reporting, and automation.
  • Excellent project management skills and disciplined writing ability.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in the finance or ERP domain.
