Salary: $127,000 - $159,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value.
  • Own and optimize always-on CRM automations, focusing on targeting and offer strategies.
  • Develop customer incentive and promotional frameworks to improve value per user.
  • Partner with Data Science to integrate predictive models and insights into personalized targeting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Martech, Loyalty, and Creative teams.
  • Manage a structured test & learn roadmap to drive continuous innovation in lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience as a people manager with ownership of performance-driven programs.
  • Proven track record of using data to drive marketing decisions and performance optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with Analytics or Data Science teams on segmentation and predictive modeling.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
