What you will do

• Generate quarterly reports on marketing and sales performance for leadership and the board.
• Design, construct, and manage KPI reports and dashboards.
• Establish and maintain documentation for sales tools, procedures, and policies.
• Support regional sales leadership in crafting Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Develop standardized reports to enable the Go-to-Market organization to access data independently.
• Streamline critical KPI reporting into cohesive and comprehensible formats.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data science, or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
