Mid Level Data Developer (SQL/dbt)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain data transformations with SQL and dbt or similar frameworks.
• Query, transform, and validate data in Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
• Build and maintain data models and reliable datasets for analytics and reporting.
• Investigate data quality, consistency, and accuracy issues by tracing pipelines and transformation logic.
• Optimize SQL queries and transformation workflows for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with data developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to onboard data sources and resolve issues.

Requirements

• English: B2 or above, written and verbal, for client meetings and discussions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying, transforming, and validating data.
• Practical experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse.
• Hands-on experience with dbt or a similar data transformation framework.
• Working knowledge of data modeling and ETL/ELT principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot data quality issues and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or other BI and dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with dbt testing, documentation, and data lineage.
• Experience with Git, basic CI/CD workflows, and modern data stack practices.
• Experience with product analytics, customer behavior, or operational data.
