What you will do
- Standardize top-of-funnel performance analysis, including lead generation tracking and attribution across channels.
- Define and maintain KPIs and principle dashboards to drive data-backed recommendations for business growth.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to evolve attribution models and automate data tracking.
- Conduct in-depth campaign analysis and build predictive performance models for SEO, web, and digital marketing.
- Perform routine reconciliations between Marketing systems and Salesforce to ensure data integrity.
- Partner with Finance, BI, and GTM Ops to align workflows and reporting standards across functions.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, with a strong working knowledge of Snowflake.
- Expertise in Tableau (strongly preferred) or other BI tools like Looker.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, and Outreach.
- Proven track record of designing and maintaining KPI frameworks and dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills are essential.
