What you will do

• Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
• Own user feedback monitoring by synthesizing signals from support tickets and research into actionable insights.
• Drive bug triage and resolution in partnership with engineering to ensure product quality.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize the customer sign-up and purchase funnel.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and technical requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of consumer-facing product management experience.
• Must reside in specific US states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA) or Ontario, Canada.
• Must maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.
• Proficiency in funnel analysis, A/B test interpretation, and structured data work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
