What you will do

• Manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning through to production deployment.
• Maintain an 18-month rolling roadmap prioritized by strategic initiatives and client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and architecture teams to drive product delivery.
• Prioritize development efforts for sprint and quarterly planning activities.
• Support sales teams during large deals and strategic partnerships.
• Enable Professional Services and Product Support teams to ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software product management.
• Proven domain experience in Financial Services, including Customer Management or Mobile Lending.
• Demonstrated success in managing products through all stages of the lifecycle.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or financial field.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience with high-throughput, high-volume, streaming, or batch software projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and Aha.
