What you will do
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and ERP across the United States.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 recruiters, monitoring productivity and providing coaching to improve effectiveness.
- Partner with Delivery Managers and Practice Leaders to understand workforce planning and provide market intelligence on compensation and talent availability.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through job boards, networking, and direct sourcing to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
- Maintain accurate hiring data in the ATS and track KPIs such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in IT Recruitment with significant exposure to the U.S. market.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a small recruiting team.
- Strong understanding of U.S. immigration and work authorization processes (H-1B, L1A/B, TN, OPT/CPT, Green Card).
- High confidence in interacting with senior candidates and business leadership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced consulting, services, or staffing environment.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting specifically for IT services or consulting organizations.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
- Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
