Location: Onsite in Corpus Christi (TX), Abilene (TX), Shreveport (LA), or Fort Wayne (IN). Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location.

Salary: $40-48/hr (W2)

What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer, and onboarding.
• Recruit for professional and management-level exempt roles.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously within an assigned territory.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internet sourcing tools to identify candidates.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision to meet hiring goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Specialization in IT and/or Security recruiting.
• 3+ years of experience with ATS and online sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location.
