Postdoctoral Fellow (Spatial Genomics & AI)

Location: On-Site in Cambridge, MA

Salary: $70,000 - $92,667 per year

What you will do

• Lead an independent research project aligned with the lab's broader mission.
• Develop new spatial or temporal genomics technologies to measure cell states and molecular history in intact tissues.
• Apply Slide-seq, Slide-tags, and TimeVault platforms to study cancer, regeneration, and brain disease.
• Engineer proteins, receptors, and delivery systems to control biological function in cells and tissues.
• Develop computational and machine learning approaches to integrate spatial, temporal, and single-cell data.
• Prepare manuscripts, deliver presentations, and collaborate with external partners.

Requirements

• Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D., or equivalent degree in a relevant scientific field.
• 0-2+ years of experience in an academic setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Cambridge, MA.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with single-cell or spatial genomics.
• Expertise in high-throughput screening or animal models.
• Experience with imaging, protein engineering, or sequencing technologies.
• Proficiency in computational analysis.
