What you will do
- Establish, negotiate, and develop relationships with specialized and dedicated carriers via phone and email.
- Engage carriers across dry van, reefer, hazmat, tanker, and flatbed freight segments specific to specialized services.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service levels by securing safe, reliable carriers for on-time delivery.
- Meet or exceed individual and team financial performance goals.
- Manage carrier profiles and maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier requirements, contacts, and needs.
- Analyze freight networks and lanes to match internal requirements with compatible carrier capacity.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of professional experience in a sales or cold-calling setting.
- Must be located in or able to work on-site in Rogers, AR, United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with track and trace.
- Experience booking Hazmat, Tanker, and flatbed freight.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
