Location: Must be based in the Springfield, MA office (5 days/week)

Salary: $44,500–$56,100

What you will do

  • Execute case assignment activities by reviewing incoming work based on business rules and service level agreements.
  • Maintain high-quality records through precise data entry, documentation validation, and categorization in core systems.
  • Monitor queues and workload distribution to identify bottlenecks and escalate capacity risks.
  • Process routine operational work independently, conducting research to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with peers and business partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Operations and/or Customer Service.
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Must be able to work 5 days/week in the Springfield, MA office.
  • Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check (FINRA).

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of Operations and/or Customer Service experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive work requiring high visual accuracy.
